Amna Elhassan (Khartoum, born 1988) is a Sudanese visual artist with a background in architecture. She lives and works in Khartoum, and her art focuses on how Sudanese women are seen in public and private life. She works across media, including printmaking and painting.

Elhassan earned a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Khartoum in 2010 and a master's in architectural design from Sapienza University of Rome in 2013. After returning to Sudan she turned to fine art and painting, training with the artist Hatim Koko at the Khartoum Arts Training Centre. Her first exhibitions, from 2016, were held in Khartoum at the Rashid Diab Arts Center and the National Museum of Sudan, and she has since shown at several international events.

In 2022 the Schirn Kunsthalle in Frankfurt am Main staged a solo show, Deconstructed Bodies – in Search of Home, centred on a large mural titled December. Made for the museum's rotunda, it honours the victims of the Sudanese Revolution that began in December 2018 and drew heavy support from women. The show also included 21 paintings and prints made since 2019.

Her work is seen as a contribution to the depiction of Sudanese women and to the painterly traditions of her country, linked to the Crystallist Group associated with Kamala Ibrahim Ishaq.
