Princess Clara of Bavaria (Munich, 1874-1941) was a German princess and painter active across the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. She was the fourth child of Prince Adalbert of Bavaria and the Infanta Amalia of Spain, of the House of Bourbon. Her name is best remembered for her work as a Naturalist painter, although painting was one of several pursuits rather than a profession. Her public life was shaped mainly by religious and noble offices: she served as abbess of the Convent of Ladies of St. Anne in Würzburg and as grand mistress of the Order of St. Anne for the ladies of that convent. She also held the distinction of lady of the Order of the Starred Cross, of the Order of Theresa and of the Order of St. Elizabeth. She never married. She died in Munich, where she was buried in the Church of St. Michael.
