Cola Petruccioli (1360–1401) was an Italian painter from Orvieto, in Umbria, who trained as an apprentice to Ugolino di Prete Ilaro. He was active around 1400, in a period when painting in the region coexisted with the Sienese School, and his work is valuable for tracing the output of an Umbrian workshop at the close of the fourteenth century.

His works survive in the Cathedral of Assisi and in the Capella del Corporale in Orvieto. At the Franciscan hermitage of the Convento di Santa Maria a Belverde, in Cetona, he painted frescoes of the Virgin Mary, a cycle studied by Enzo Carli in his book Gli Affreschi di Belverde. Among his surviving pieces is a diptych with the Annunciation and the Crucifixion, dated 1395, which is displayed in the Pinacoteca Civica in Spello. He died in Perugia in 1401.
