Daniel Humair (born 23 May 1938 in Geneva) is a Swiss jazz drummer, composer and painter. His musical career places him among the most recognised European drummers of his generation, while his painting, which he describes as figurative abstract, forms a distinct part of his artistic output.

As a musician he has played with Jean-Luc Ponty, Michel Portal, Martial Solal, Dexter Gordon, Gerry Mulligan, Chet Baker and Eric Dolphy, among others. His discography is extensive, including recordings as a leader, such as the trio work with René Urtreger and Pierre Michelot, and many collaborations in European and American jazz sessions.

As a painter, Humair has built a consistent body of work that reflects his long engagement with art. In 1986 he was named Chevalier of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres in France, and in 1992 he was promoted to Officer of the same order.
