Eduardo Barros, known professionally as Eddy Barrows, is a Brazilian comic book artist best known for his work at DC Comics on titles such as Birds of Prey, Countdown to Adventure, Action Comics, Superman, Teen Titans and 52. Born in Belém do Pará, he grew up in Belo Horizonte, in the state of Minas Gerais, after his family moved there when he was two.

When he was seven he was struck by a truck while playing on a sidewalk, and during the long year of recovery that followed, reading Superman stories in Action Comics became a highlight of his days. His mother later introduced him to Turma da Mônica by Mauricio de Sousa and to Disney books, and he fell in love with comics and started drawing. He never studied art formally, but spent two or three years studying animation before becoming a working artist.

His professional start came with illustrations for school books, children's books and publicity agencies. In the 1990s he broke into comics with a tie-in comic about a wrestling star. After years of work with Lynx Studio and a contribution to GI Joe, he returned to Art & Comics at the urging of Joe Prado, and in 2005 DC Comics hired him for Bloodhound. Birds of Prey, the weekly series 52 and The All-New Atom with Gail Simone followed, then Teen Titans with Sean McKeever and Action Comics with Greg Rucka. From 2010 he became one of the main artists on DC's Superman family of titles, including the main Superman series under J. Michael Straczynski.

His work is associated with DC's superhero line in the first decade of the twenty-first century. In 2024 it was announced that he would return to Action Comics, confirming a lasting bond with the character who accompanied him through his childhood recovery.
