James Warhola (born 1955) is an American artist who has illustrated more than two dozen children's picture books since 1987. He grew up in Smock, a coal-mining area of Fayette County, Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh. He is the son of Paul Warhola, the eldest brother of Andy Warhol, and the grandson of Rusyn immigrants from what is now Slovakia. He earned a BFA in design from Carnegie Mellon University in 1977 and then studied at the Art Students League of New York until 1980.

He briefly worked for his uncle at Interview magazine before becoming a science fiction illustrator, a change his uncle reportedly noted with disapproval in his diary. In the early 1980s he painted cover art for more than 300 books. He is also part of Mad magazine's "Usual Gang of Idiots", illustrating articles and covers, and has produced cover art for role-playing games and magazines such as Different Worlds.

His best-known book is Uncle Andy's: A Faabbbulous Visit with Andy Warhol (2003), about family visits to his uncle's New York house, illustrated in detailed watercolors. It attracted press attention, including a feature in The New York Times. In 2009 he published Uncle Andy's Cats, a spin-off about the artist's cats. He also serves as a consultant to the Andy Warhol Museum of Modern Art in Medzilaborce, Slovakia, near the village of Miková, his family's ancestral home.
