Martin Saar (born 30 April 1980) is an Estonian artist who lives and works between New York City and Tallinn. Born in Tallinn, he studied at Kevade Street Art School and graduated from the Estonian Academy of Arts in 2002 before earning a master's degree in drawing from the New York Academy of Art in 2014.

Saar works across mosaics, paintings and watercolors, as well as digital collages and videos. His tile series condenses brushwork onto a small scale, while his large monochromatic paintings recall family life before Estonia regained its independence in 1991. Music shapes his approach, which turns into radical colour and expressive gesture. He gained recognition for his mosaic portraits of New York celebrities, which were featured in The New York Times.

Saar's practice bridges traditional painting and digital media, and his work remains of interest in artistic circles between Estonia and the United States.
