Sotiris René Sidiropoulos (born in Paris in 1977) is a French painter and sculptor. His training blends a family tradition in iconography with instruction from several artists. His father, an iconographer and sculptor who held a doctorate in philosophy, taught him the basics of the craft. According to the sources, the family workshop for iconography and sculpture was founded in 1848 in Cappadocia.

As a young man he trained with the painters Philopoemen Constantinidi and Zoe Valsamis, and with the sculptor Costas Valsamis, who had himself been a pupil of Ossip Zadkine. He also studied at the Académie de la Grande Chaumière in Paris. He looked closely at the work of Pablo Picasso, which he describes as an endless source of artistic inspiration.

The available sources say little about his exhibitions and specific works, so his career and legacy remain poorly documented.
