Wang Lü (c. 1332 - 1383) was a Chinese landscape painter who also worked as a calligrapher, poet and physician during the Ming dynasty (1368-1644). Born in Kunshan, in Jiangsu province, he is known above all for his painting, although the exact date of his death is uncertain.
His style name was Andao, which can be translated as "peaceful way", and he used the sobriquets Jisou ("odd old gentleman") and Baodu laoren ("old man embraced by solitude"). His painting followed the style of Xia Gui, which places him within that landscape tradition. Among his works are an album of leaf paintings of Mount Hua, with twenty-one pieces, and the Yi Yun Tong, a collection of one hundred volumes.
His work thus connects him with the continuation of Xia Gui's landscape style at the start of the Ming period, and his activity as a physician and poet forms part of a varied intellectual profile.
