Zahara Rubin (Hebrew: זהרה רובין; born 1932) is an Israeli sculptor, painter and artist who lives and works in Kibbutz Bet Zera, in the Jordan Valley. After finishing school at Shomryia High School in Kibbutz Mishmar HaEmek in 1950, she studied sculpture under Yaakov Epstein at the Plastic Arts Academy of Bat-Yam, and later completed her training with Dalia Mei'ri at Emek Yizrael College.

Her output includes bronze, wood and marble sculpture, along with techniques of her own such as "Relief Painting" and "Soft Painting", in which coloured fibres laid on felt replace the painter's brush, as well as wool tapestries. Her bronzes address adolescence, fertility, parenthood and rural life, often through images of sprouting, flowering and ripening. More recently her work has turned to human relationships and family feeling.

She belongs to the Israeli Union of Painters and Sculptors and the Kibbutz Movement's Artists Association, has held many solo shows in Israel and abroad, including in London and Hamburg, and has received several Israeli arts awards. In 1989 her sculpture "Dove of Peace" was presented by the hotelier Leon Taman to the then Italian Prime Minister Ciriaco de Mita and his Foreign Minister Giulio Andreotti at the Hotel Daniel.
