The Musée Angladon, also known as the Angladon Museum – Jacques Doucet, stands on rue Laboureur in Avignon, in southern France. It occupies the hôtel de Massilian, a former 18th-century town house whose main floor keeps a historic staircase and parts of its original decoration. The collection goes back to Jacques Doucet, a Parisian couturier who died in 1929 and who gathered drawings, paintings, furniture and objets d'art. It passed through his heirs to the Fondation Angladon-Dubrujeaud, which set up the museum. Its paintings include works by Paul Cézanne, Edgar Degas, Édouard Manet, Alfred Sisley, Vincent van Gogh and Amedeo Modigliani, among them Railway Carriages by Van Gogh and Rose blouse by Modigliani.
