Ca' Rezzonico is a seventeenth-century Venetian palace in the Dorsoduro sestiere of Venice, Italy. Baldassare Longhena designed it on the site of an earlier building, and over time it passed to the Rezzonico family, who shaped much of its later appearance. Since 1936 it has housed the Museo del Settecento Veneziano, devoted to eighteenth-century Venice, so a visit becomes a way of walking through the life and art of that city. In 1888 the English poet Robert Browning acquired the palace, and he died there a year later.

The collection is especially known for its painted ceilings. Giovanni Battista Tiepolo frescoed rooms in the palace, including the Allegory of the Marriage commissioned for the wedding of Lodovico Rezzonico and Faustina Savorgnan in 1758. Around 1906 frescoes by Giovanni Domenico Tiepolo, son of Giovanni Battista, were moved here from the family villa at Zianigo; among them is Minuetto in villa, which captures the world of aristocratic festivities and strolls.

Among easel paintings, the most represented name is Pietro Longhi, with 23 works on the website. His scenes of Venetian interiors, such as The hairdresser, The painter's studio and The alchemists, depict everyday and social life in the city with a gentle, observant tone. Alongside him appear Zephir and Flora and Virtue and Nobility Triumphing over Ignorance by Giovanni Battista Tiepolo, The Parlor of the Nuns at San Zaccaria by Francesco Guardi, and the portrait Portrait of Faustina Bordoni Hasse by Rosalba Carriera.
